San Pietro Resort & Residencies is a large-scale coastal resort development located on the beach of Lalzi Bay, north of Durrës, Albania. Developed by Concord Investment, it is one of the largest tourism and residential investments of its kind in the Balkan region, combining four types of villas, four types of low-rise apartment blocks and a 5-star hotel, none higher than three storeys, so as to preserve the site’s existing pine forest and blend the built environment with the surrounding coastal landscape. Gruppo Koni is responsible for the design, assembly and installation of the façade and glass systems across the complex.
